Stickfodral / Needle case

När jag var hemma hos mor och far förra veckan passade jag på att låna mammas symaskin. Efterom jag hittills har haft mina stickor i ett sånt där papprör som man köper whisky i så tyckte jag att det var dags för lite ordning och reda.

When I visited my parents last week I took the chance to use my mothers sewing machine. Since I've been storing my knitting needles in one of those cardboard tubes you buy your whisky in, I thought a little order would be nice.

Fodralet är sytt i gardintyg med mönster. Fodret och alla fickorna är i lakansväv. Sytt helt efter eget huvud. Till vänster får man plats med långa stickor och strumpstickor, till höger finns fack som kan användas till rundstickor, måttband, pennor, och lite allt möjligt. Fliken längst upp viks ner och sen rullar man ihop hela paketet.

The needle case is made straight out of my head. To the left you can fit long and short needles. To the right are pockets for round needles, tape measure, pencils and whatever. The flap on top folds down and the case can be rolled up nicely.
